Former Ross County man Lucas Davidson (23), who has had spells with Buckie Thistle and Forres Mechanics, comes in on a two-year deal from Islavale.

The Coasters have also raided neighbours Lossiemouth United to sign midfielder Daniel Hanover, and captured ex-Elgin man Lee Scott, also on two-year deals.

Manager Steve Porter said on the club’s Facebook page: “I’m delighted to get Lucas in with the squad. He is technically very good and I think he will be a great signing for us this season and will bolster our attacking options in the squad.”

Teenage talent Hanover helped Lossie United win the north junior championship last term.

Porter said on the 18-year-old: “It’s great to have Daniel sign with us. He is an exciting and talented player who I have coached for most of his playing career.

“He has had a very good season with Lossie United last season and I’m confident he will progress his development with us at Highland League level.”

Scott (24) has Highland League experience with Keith and joined the Grant Park recruits today.

“I invited Lee down to pre-season as I had coached him previously at Elgin City,” Porter added.

“He has done very well and his quality and technical ability have been very pleasing to see. He is a different player to what we already have and fits how we want to play this season.

“I’m excited to see what he can bring to the team this season.”

Lossie also signed Ethan Blanchard from Deveronside this summer.
