Woman admits sexual assault of two women in Elgin house at Inverness Sheriff Court

A 19-year-old woman who sexually assaulted two women in Moray has been placed on the Sex Offender’s Register.

Abby Smith, now of Bow Road, London, admitted offences at Inverness Sheriff Court of penetrating the women’s vaginas with her fingers in incidents between June 4 and July 16 last year.

They occurred in the same house in Elgin after she had befriended them before making sexual advances to both.

Sheriff Sara Matheson deferred sentence until February 11 for a background report but placed Smith immediately on the Sex Offender's Register.
