John, Paul, George and Ringo are returning to Moray after nearly 60 years – or least their Upbeat Beatles versions are.

.

The Beatles famously played the Two Red Shoes club in Elgin on January 3, 1963, just weeks before they were to become more famous than any musicians have ever been before or since.

If you missed that gig – and not many didn't – then at least you can catch a good tribute act on Sunday, September 5.

The Upbeat Beatles will take you through the Fab Four’s long and winding road from the early Cavern days through to Beatlemania, America, Sergeant Pepper and Abbey Road.
