PEOPLE have been enjoying the sunshine and meeting up with friends and family again.
The first weekend after First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced an easing of lockdown restrictions has seen temperatures soar.
The mercury hit 22 degrees in Moray as people headed to a beach near them.
People are now allowed to meet people from another household outdoors, while still observing the two metre social distancing rule.
A maximum of eight people between the two households are allowed to meet outdoors in a park, at the beach or in a private garden.
Many people will also have been having barbecues, and the advice is for each household to bring their own cutlery, cups and food, so that people are not sharing items.
People not living in the same household are still not allowed to meet indoors while the government tries to suppress the coronavirus further.
And the advice to people is not to travel more than five miles to meet up.
This is phase one of lockdown easing in Scotland and also saw golfers allowed to return to their courses for the first time in nearly 10 weeks from Friday.
People can also play tennis, lawn bowls and go fishing.
Garden centres have also reopened this weekend, again with strict social distancing in place, and the sunny weather will encourage many people to get working in their gardens.
