Moray serviceman punched woman and tried to bite man during Inverness pub attack





A Kinloss serviceman has admitted attacking a man and a woman who were drinking in an Inverness pub.

Davis Hardy pleaded guilty to punching the woman in the head during the incident on July 13 in The Caledonian bar.

The 22-year-old also admitted attempting to bite the man on the body.

Sheriff Eilidh Macdonald decided to wait for social workers to compile a report before hearing the full facts of the incident.

Defence solicitor Mike Chapman reserved his comments until Hardy’s next appearance at Inverness Sheriff Court.
