Police report driver in connection with road traffic offences on Edgehill Road, Forres

POLICE have charged a man following a one-car crash in Forres.
The incident in the early hours of Sunday, August 16 occurred on Edgehill Road just up the hill from the first hole at Forres Golf Club.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers received report of a one-car road crash at around 3am.
"A 40-year-old man has been charged in connection with road traffic offences and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
