Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland via telephone number 101 and quote incident number 1743 of September 1, 2024.

The B9040 was closed for the majority of Sunday afternoon, with police and fire service teams on the scene.

A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted at 1.05pm and Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the scene.

“One person was taken to hospital. Crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
