Moray Pathways is a single point of contact for individuals, businesses and organisations who are either looking for, or have opportunities in learning, training and work.

The organisation brings together public sector and education providers, as well as business organisations and third sector groups.

For individuals, Moray Pathways can help point them in the right direction to find opportunities in education, training or employment while businesses and organisations are supported in many ways, including promote internal opportunities and find the right backing to forward.

Moray Pathways also has access to the work training allowance which could mean could be assisted with financial support for key new members of staff and has vast information on in-work training schemes which are a huge benefit to the employee and the employer.
