Moray Firth Coastal Partnership announce virtual AGM date

THE Moray Firth Coastal Partnership (MFCP) are set to hold their AGM online at the end of the month.

Being held via Zoom, the meeting is scheduled to be held on ThursdaySeptemberer 30 at 6.30pm.

The chair for the AGM will be Ian Williams, one of the existing trustees. As per the constitution the position of chair is a rotating position.

If any member has an additional and relevant agenda item, this must be requested no later than 6.30pm on Tuesday, September 28.

MFCP would welcome applications from any member who would like to become a trustee; new ideas, different view points, passion for the Moray Firth are very welcome.

Those interested in joining the board are asked to provide their name, address and a brief summary of why they believe they would make a good MFCP Trustee, no later than 6.30pm on Tuesday, September 28 to the above email address. For more information about the duties expected of a MFCP trustee, please email in advance of the 48 hour deadline above to arrange a telephone or video discussion.

MFCP is a neutral, independent charity in promoting and facilitating sustainable solutions to the marine and coastal challenges faced by the Moray Firth and its communities.

The organisation seeks to bring together a wide range of interested parties to increase shared understanding, encourage joint working and facilitate the development of long-term sustainable solutions.
