Moray & Banffshire Heroes 2025: Nominate your primary teachers

Primary school teachers play a huge role in the lives of our youngsters supporting their first steps into a world away from home.

Moray & Banffshire Heroes 2025 celebrates our amazing teachers with the primary school teacher of the year award.

NOMINATE your Moray & Banffshire Heroes by midnight, Sunday February 2, 2025.

The primary teacher of the year will be an individual who has made a significant difference, beyond the normal expectations, to the learning experience of their pupils or found innovative ways to teach that helps pupils enjoy it and be successful.

GrainTek is sponsoring the award for primary school teacher of the year.

Once all of your nominations have been submitted, our judges will whittle down your entries to create a shortlist and you will be invited to vote for your finalists.

The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony at the Banff Springs Hotel on Friday, April 25, 2025.
