It asks passengers about their flying habits, customer experience, transport choices to and from the airport, and basic demographic information such as age and location.
HIAL say the findings will be used to better understand how people use the airports and identify areas for improvement.
As an incentive, participants will have the option to enter a prize draw to win flight vouchers with Loganair.
As well as its Highland airports in Inverness and Wick John O’Groats, HIAL operates in Barra, Benbecula, Campbeltown, Dundee, Islay, Kirkwall, Sumburgh, Stornoway and Tiree.
The survey is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance regional connectivity and customer satisfaction.
Darren MacLeod, chief operating officer at HIAL, said: “The customer survey is a great opportunity for anyone using our airports to provide us with a better understanding of their experience at our airports and I would encourage as many people to participate as possible.”
The online survey can be completed at smartsurvey.co.uk/s/Oct257K02UM.
Further information, including a Q&A, is available on the HIAL website.
