Kinloss Golf Course Clubhouse is being advertised for sale for £205,000
A golf clubhouse with planning consent for conversion into a home is up for sale.
Kinloss Golf Course Clubhouse, a mile north-east of the village, has been advertised for offers over £205,000.
It is one of three lots now available to buy at the near 50-acre site, alongside the golf course itself and 8.5 additional acres with planning permission for six glamping pods and 16 holiday lodges.
A spokesperson from DM Hall chartered surveyors who are advertising the property said: “Kinloss Country Golf Club is a well-maintained facility featuring a clubhouse and car park.
“The 50,000 square feet clubhouse at the entrance of the property is constructed with a timber frame and is well-equipped to cater to members and guests.
“Inside, it is divided into several functional areas, including an entrance/reception, a comfortable lounge and bar, a kitchen, WC facilities and changing rooms.”
The nine-hole course has been closed since 2020 while houses have been built within the grounds.
The spokesperson added: “It has been well maintained and includes a number of attractive, sloping fairways together with belts of established woodland.”
The three lots together were previously listed at £900,000. There is now an option to buy them together at a reduced price of £795,000.
The club is within easy reach of Roseisle beach.
