Kirsty Martin, Lily Avenell, Selena A’Lee, Amy McGhee, and Karina Reilly were all proud winners of the award, which is the highest available to Guides across the country and takes an average of four years to complete.

The girls are amongst the last to be presented with the award as the new Girlguiding programme is soon to be introduced.

The Forres girls were amongst 21 Guides who were presented with the award across Moray this year.

Whilst completing the challenge the girls are encouraged to take part in adventures, learn new skills and discover the world around them. The challenge includes activities such as windsurfing and camping, as well as exploring local and global cultures.
