WATCH: Autumn edition of Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival lineup revealed

THE Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival will welcome whisky enthusiasts for a one off November edition.
The 'Limited Edition' event will take place between November 3 and November 8 and will feature a diverse lineup that is sure to cater to every whisky lover's desires.
Connoisseurs and novices alike will have plenty to choose from over the six day event that will feature over 50 participating distilleries from Moray.
Autumn's festival will be the first event organised by George McNeil, who took over from long time chairman James Campbell earlier in the year.
George McNeil, chairman designate at The Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival, said:
“Nothing beats being together to celebrate the world’s largest producing whisky region and that’s why we decided to create The Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival Limited Edition, a one-off Autumn edition of our Speyside celebration.
“It’s been a tough year for the people and businesses of Speyside, The Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival Limited Edition, aims to bring local communities and nearly 140 business members in the region together to celebrate Scotland's national drink, while providing the ultimate opportunity for travellers, whisky lovers, outdoor activity enthusiasts and the local community to explore, taste and learn about the world-famous Speyside region.”
Festival highlights include a rare oppurtunity to go behind the scenes at the Glenlivet Distillery followed by a tutored tasting of Glenlivet whiskies from throughout the years.
Glen Moray are also offering a cosy night time tour of their Distillery followed by some fireside drams and toasted marshmallows.
Meanwhile, Benriach are allowing people the unique opportunity to create their own dram with Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie.
The Dowans and The Craigellachie Hotel will round off the event with a dinner with the Dram Queens and a trail run respectively.
The festival has become a staple in the region since it launched in 1999 but has not featured an in person event for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
