Coast partnership unveils name change

AN umbrella organisation which seeks to promote and sustainably develop the Moray coast has changed its name.
The end of July witnessed big changes for what was the Moray Firth Partnership after it became a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO). It is now known as the Moray Firth Coastal Partnership (MFCP).
All members who are currently listed as members and supporters of the Moray Firth Partnership will automatically be known as 'Friends' of the new SCIO and receive the group's newsletter.

MCFP have also unveiled a new partnership manager in the shape of Natalie Palmer. Hailing from the Beauly Firth area, she senior environmental planner who has worked for numerous countries and legislative jurisdictions applying various planning and environmental management’s acts for private, public and academic institutions.
The partnership brings together a wide range of organisations, communities, busineses and stakeholders from along the Moray Forth's 800km of coastline. MFCP aims to bring together interested parties to increase shared understanding, encourage joint working and facilitate the development of long-term sustainable solutions.
