Plans have been revealed to open a Pizza Hut location on Elgin High Street.

The company acquired an existing Pizza Hut franchised business earlier this year with a number of new openings already completed and a further three due to open before the end of the year.

An official opening date for the Elgin location has yet to be decided but the business says is hopeful of opening in early 2025.

Daniel Arrandale, Property Director of the Glenshire Group, said: “We have identified Elgin as a strategic location for a new Pizza Hut Delivery, with our closest Hut currently in Inverness.

“We believe our proposed location towards Elgin's west end of the High Street will be viewed as a welcome addition, helping breathe new life to this part of the town centre, and set to create circa 15 full-time and part-time jobs.

“The plan is to open around early part of 2025."
