Break-in at Leanchoil Hospital in Forres prompts Police Scotland appeal





Police are appealing for information after a break-in at a vacant hospital.

Officers say the incident happened at the ambulance station based at Leanchoil Hospital on St Leonards Road in Forres.

It took place between 6am on May 25 and 7am today, May 26.

A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: “Anyone who was in the area between these times, who witnessed anything suspicious, or anyone with information that may assist enquiries should contact 101 quoting reference 0566 of May 26.

“Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
