The Wick-born musician and composer and his band will bring the Brandon McPhee Show to the Public Institute in the village.

A foot-tapping night of highly entertaining songs and tunes is in store, spanning his wide repertoire of Scottish traditional and country music.

For the last decade Brandon has achieved phenomenal success both as a champion accordionist and country vocalist. He has a large and growing international following and has toured all over the UK and Ireland, leading not just one band, but two.

The Brandon McPhee Scottish Band and The Brandon McPhee Country Band both feature highly regarded and successful musicians who have many years of experience in the music industry.

He has a growing catalogue of both traditional Scottish and country music albums on the Pan Record label which have sold in their thousands. His cover of the Billy Ray Cyrus song Stand reached No.22 in the European Country Music Chart.

The concert is due to get under way at 7.30pm on Saturday, October 23. Tickets can be purchased at Christies the chemist in Fochabers or online at www.panrecords.co.uk, priced at £15 each.
