29 new coronavirus cases confirmed within the last week in Moray

TWENTY-NINE new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Moray within the last week, taking the area's total since the outbreak began to 1435.
This is a sharp reduction on the 62 cases confirmed in last week's update, with no further deaths meaning the area's toll remains 39.
Of the 39 people to have died coronavirus-related deaths in Moray, 10 have had the virus mentioned on their death certificate, while 29 tested positive for Covid-19 and passed away within 28 days.
The number of negative tests confirmed in Moray since March 28 is 564, which is down on the 748 negative cases confirmed in last week's update.
NHS Grampian – which includes Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City – has now confirmed 14,519 cases of coronavirus since the outbreak began. That's an increase of 145 on the 14,374 reported last week.
Moray neighbourhood update
Seven 'neighbourhood areas' in Moray confirmed three or more cases of coronavirus between March 29 and April 4.
Elgin has at least seven cases (Cathedral to Ashgrove and Pinefield 4; Elgin Bishopmill East and Ladyhill 3), while Forres has three (all Forres South West and Mannachie).
The following areas also have cases: Rafford, Dallas, Dyke to Dava (4); Heldon West, Fogwatt to Inchberry (4); South Speyside and the Cabrach (3) and Lhanbryde, Urquhart, Pitgavney and seaward (3).
An area will not appear on the map if fewer than three cases have been confirmed.

Scotland-wide update
Today's daily update shows 289 people in Scotland have tested positive for coronavirus overnight, with five deaths of people who tested positive for the virus confirmed.
During the week ending April 7, 25,364 people were newly-tested with 2350 testing positive for the first time. That's an decrease on the 3534 people who tested positive last week from 34,561 tests.
Since the outbreak began, 1,846,486 people in Scotland have been tested at least once, with 220,782 positive and 1,625,704 negative.
During the week ending March 28, 61 deaths were registered where Covid-19 was mentioned on the death certificate. Figures for this week are not yet available.
As of March 28, Scotland's death toll is 9958. A total of 7619 people have died after testing positive for Covid-19.
A total of 21 people are in intensive care in relation to Covid-19, with 192 patients in hospital.
In total, 15,174 patients who have tested positive for Covid-19 have been released from hospital since March 5, 2020.
