Kevin Henderson, Olav Luksengard Mielva and Anders Hall have been playing together since 2009. Henderson, from Shetland, was enchanted by the way his Scandinavian colleagues harmonised with each other, and soon, jamming sessions led to the formation of the group.

Peter Vallance of Universal Hall Promotions said: “It is great to have Kevin Henderon back with the Nordic Fiddlers Bloc so soon after having him here with Session A9.

“It will be another fabulous fiddling night to look forward to.”

The concert will be held on Saturday, May 4, at 7.30pm.
