In Oxford - Louise Cooper and Bruce Morgan. Bruce, the son of Les and Sandy Morgan, Kinloss, met Louise in Rome in 1995 when both fathers attended the NATO Defence College. Bruce and Louise have lived and worked in Oxford for several years. Louise's parents have retired to Wales and are very happy with the bride's married name!
