THE Moray Council results have not given the SNP the overall Majority they were seeking.
There was no outright winner in the election with 10 SNP and 10 independents, along with three Labour and three Tory representatives.
There is some speculation that there may be a coalition to secure an overall majority in the chamber, between the parties.
